Content in this course has been reviewed and approved by the American Academy of Pediatrics. The Babysitter Lessons And Safety Training BLAST! program is exciting and interactive, providing extensive training in pediatric first aid, household safety, and the fundamentals of childcare. This Third Edition program is an important training for potential babysitters, childcare providers, and parents considering hiring a babysitter. This course teaches skills with a research-proven Practice-While-Watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills.
